Our custom upload feature allows you to personalize products with your own images. By uploading an image, you declare and warrant that:
- You are the creator of the image, or you own the copyright to it, or you have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use it for this purpose.
- The image does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
- The image does not contain content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
2. Customer Liability
You are solely responsible for the content of the images you upload. If an order is placed using an image that infringes the rights of a third party, you agree to indemnify and hold POD Home Decor harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from such infringement.
3. Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or stop production of any order that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Original Designs
All pre-designed products on this site are our original creations or licensed designs. They may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without our written consent.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. Color accuracy may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
